Current capabilities
An explorer of the complete recommendation corpus of the previous European Citizens' Panels exists upstream: 371 recommendations across twelve panels, 346 adopted and 25 recorded but not adopted, in the 24 official languages, each keeping its source document, page and adoption status. Wording is the source text, never paraphrased by a model.
Current limits
It is a separate application and not yet a GlobALL module: it does not read or write the record standard, share the GlobALL account, or appear in any coalition. Whether it graduates as one module or splits into an archive and an opinion map is undecided.
Next development gate
Bind the corpus to CanonicALL so a recommendation carries its process, and decide the split between ArchivALL and PlurALL before building a registry.
