Fifty Paris residents met in 2025 to develop proposals for the Seine. The City of Paris commissioned the convention; Missions Publiques and Planète Citoyenne facilitated it. This GlobALL record was created after the convention and did not host its participants, discussion or votes.
The linked NaturALL experience asks how a more-than-human perspective might have entered that process. Its imagined river voice is a retrospective prototype, not a participant statement or an official representation of the Seine.
